Surround yourself with great people!
I think that the most important piece of advice that Greg Waldorf told us in the seminar was to surround yourself with great people!!! A team is definitely made up of the abilities of the people who make it up and a great team drives any great successess. I sincerely believe that this is one of the key factors which can make an organization extremely successful. This is the very essence of the organization!!! Also, this is exactly one of the main reasons that I came to Stanford Universit, to be surrounded by bright, intelligent, smart and inpsired people!!!
