1. Cycles of technology trends.  Greentech is the current one but how can we learn from the past trends to help us predict future ones.
2. Sacrifices made for startup.  Not getting paid for years, how to deal with a situation like that.  Where its acceptable and when to know its just not going well.

6. Where they find the faith to pursue the ideas.
7. More speakers from MEMS startup.  My own person interest.
8. Speaker from technical companies that are not relying on the buzzword of the day (eg. greentech, social networks, mobile software)
9. The steps they took to prepare.  Engr classes, business classes, entry-level positions that helped or hindered. 
10.  More analysis on the current status of the industry and startups.  I really enjoyed the talk about societies elite and it gave insight on what key properties tied successful companies and people together.  Its using that information that people are evaluate how they pursue networking and ventures.
