I find it curious how each leader presenting the talk has a different opinion on what the most important characteristics in running a successful business are.  However, I feel that Dominic was right on the money that personal will and mind control are essential to keeping yourself on the right track.  His psychology background is helping him keep himself focused on the right things.  Even when he can't, like in the case of time management, he uses help to help him.  Another case of not going at it all alone.
